Make a bikini (or other style of swimsuit) and make it from a fabric transparent to UVA & UVB. UVC should be blocked, since it doesn't contribute to the tan, just the risks; however there's a lot of skin not covered by a bikini and that is exposed too. Probably, this is mostly about choosing a transparent base material and dye selection.
When using suntan lotion or sun block on your body, remember to put lotion on the pink bits, or they'll be red bits (getting all the force of the sun). Alternately, the suit could have an SPF built in, but you could end up with bikini lines.

Since UV is by definition only just outside the visible range, it would be a technical challenge to allow the material to pass UV but not make it see-through for visible light. You could make it one-way transparent, but that is equally technically not possible at the moment.
If you could make a one-way transparent material it opens up lots of other possibilities.Make normal clothes out of it, then you get a tan just walking down the street.Make curtains out of it, you would never have to open or close them.Make a one-way see-through mask out of it.
Or, you could just go nudist!
Been around for a number of years. Check out some of the clothing here.
