How about a WEB portal for collaboration between the Patients and Hospitals?

This portal would help patients to seek Medical services like surgeries in hospitals outside of this country for 1/100th the price they may have to pay here. It will be especially useful for persons who don’t have health insurance and in need of critical surgeries.

Portal can also act as a full service provider model like coordinating the whole trip for the successfully collaborated deals. For example they can co-ordinate the whole travel services like VISA, Flights and accommodation at the destination.
