Car Laptop stand | |||||||||||||||||
I bought a GPS for laptop. However, my laptop kept sliding down. Commercial laptop stand costs over $50 and they are no better than the one I made.Take a vegetable cutting tray of dimension closer to the laptop (even a clip/paper holder will do). Paste a non-slip cloth (such as the one used for carpets) over it. Glue a small cup or a plastic tube underneath (I bought one in Hope Depot for 90 cents). Put the cup/tube in the cupholder and use it to support the laptop. I made mine for under $5 and have carried it on many trips with excellent results.I also use a Power inverter (less than $10) for AC power. It works better than cigarette lighter adapters.
