Eco-tourism lodges and adventure travel gear to support the mission and legacy of the legendary anthropologist and primatologist Louis Leakey. Eco-lodge sites would be at sites of the great apes: Camp Leakey Rwanda - Diane Fossey Lodge to support Mountain Gorillas; Camp Leakey Borneo - Berute Galdikas Lodge to support Orangutans; Camp Leakey Tanzania - Jane Goodall Lodge to support Chimps. Lodges allow luxurious eco-friendly infrastructure for tourists to experience and learn about the great apes to financially support thier preservation and Leakey's research mission while minimizing potentially damaging impacts or tourism. Branded travel gear would provide another revenue stream to support these endangered species and research.
