Targeted at high net worth individuals, a subscription service that coordinate every aspect of one's wellness from choosing the best physicians and dentists to personal trainers and nutritionists, etc... All recommended services and providers would be pre-screened to assure only the absolute best quality. All service providers would be paid in cash on a most-favored payors basis comparable to what they would receive from an insurance provider, freeing providers to provide services without worrying about paperwork. Concierge service fills-out insurance paperwork on behalf of clients for an extra service fee, acting as a clearinghouse for info and coordiantor of services and wellness strategies.

I think this is doable but it might be tough to find clients. I can't really think of a marketing model to reel in the fish in a profitable way. You might also run into liability problems if the MD screws up the client you referred over. Otherwise, if you can find the market, work out the legal problems, it might fly.

There are no legal issues. There are already referral services like 1-800-dentist that do part of this. The difference here is that it is a comprehensive lifestyle solution. It is targeted only at the very top of the income curve so is not intended for everyone.

Very interesting idea; could be expanded to include a whole host of health and wellness services for time-poor, cash-rich individuals.
