Howabout instead of displaying the usual "users who liked this idea also liked" list, filter the list, so that ideas you've already voted on (and presumably already seen) are not shown. You'd only see ideas that are new to you, making this feature much more useful than just providing a link to "audio in jacks in cars" and "better brake light"
