I think that all the computer phone operators should be removed from things like 411. When ever i call 411 the computers just waste my time and end up putting me thru to a real operator anyways.

This, of course, is true of all customer service phones. But it seems to save money for businesses so I doubt it can be replaced by live people. No doubt it would be nice.

Keep pressing 0. Should work in most cases. There's a list somewhere online that tells you on a company-by-company basis how to get to a live person quickly.
