Like bull fighting is considered a noble blood sport. Using a brick or stone wall, start 100 metres away from the wall and run towards it as fast as possible, just before the moment of impact bend over so that the top of your head faces the wall. Once you have collided with the wall your spinal column will be thrust into your brain and suicide will be achieve through courage and fortitude.
