If the token system will solve queueing and crowding, if somebody could get a token by sending SMS to a specific number then the Qmatic system will send a token confirmation with a allotted time? how would that be

Its line tickets.You push a button on a machine, and get a ticket with a number on.You wait until number appears on a display, and then you go to thatdesk.

Commonly used in pharmaceuticals, banks, hospitals...

-------------------------------------- ALREADY IMPLEMENTED -----------------readed a little on qmatic homepage. This idea is ALREADY IMPLEMENTED at manufacter level. Its up to the customer of the Qmatic system if he wants to use SMS tickets...
