Fridge Light | |||||||||||||||||
This is similar to See Though Fridge. This will save minimal energy but it will still same some. I think that you should be able to turn on and off the fridge light when you need it because it automatically turns on in the daylight. Whynot just be able to set it to turn on only at night time.

So here we go again diddling with energies that are at best insignificant. Daylight or no, the open refrigerator is a dark corner needing illumination when inspecting the cntents.I suggest briansalvesen empty his fridge and climb inside and close the door to be sure the light goes out when the door is closed. If we are lucky the door will click shut and be unopenable from the inside. Unfortunately most doors today stay shut by a magnetic rim and briansalvesen will emerge merely with a cold nose and a security that that tiny light really does go out when the door closes. Ah well. Life is cruel.
You could add the option easily enough but I have to admit I would never use it. I would not be able to find anything. It is dark in there even with the door open.
