Sometimes when I post ideas I speel things wrong or am gramatically incorrect. I think that this website should have spell and grammar check to aviod this.

I agree but there are spell checking programs out there that will do this with all forms you submit so anything you post will be correct.

I think you should learn to write better from the start.

When you rely on a spell-checker, your grasp of language is weakened because you've lost the opportunity to reinforce correct spelling and rules of grammar. A spell-checker cannot understand what words you meant to use, or the importance of their proper placement. It is equally capable of ruining what it was meant to fix, because intent cannot be made from spelling and grammar alone.

I'd like a spell checker that allowed me to pick a word, and show me the spelling so I can retype it. I like getting things right the first time, and relying on a spell checker causes me to spell the same word wrong over and over.

Try the new Mozilla (2.0). It will point-out any mis-spelled words in the "form" windows of websites.

I'm glad this site doesn't have a spell checker. How a person spells or misspells tells you something about them.
