All the sodas you find in stores are the average sodas. When you go to a soda fountain is the only time you can mix sodas. Whynot have some company make a soda mix so you can buy coke and root beer mix in a can instead of at the fountain. The company could test mixes to see what ones taste good and those would be the ones on the shelves. Of course this company would have to make replicas of types of soda instead of actually using a different companies, unless they get a contract with another company.

If they feel there is a large enough market for a blend, sure.
More realistically, a business where you can have small batche of these blends mixed and bottled for you.
About the same, machines and syrups to do it in your own home.
The product exists already: google "Soda Club". . .
