Some people just vote for an idea and dont comment so the holder of that idea doesnt know who voted or even glanced at his idea. I think that people should be able to look at a list with the screennames of whoever looked at an idea. This way you can see who has seen it.

Who has commented is unimportant. Why is important. An anonymous vote without indicating what caused the vote leaves the innovator in the dark as to why the idea is either approved or disapproved.
I agree with Sand. If an idea is to be perfected comments to its strenghts or weakness, and the motivations behind them, are pivotal to honing the concept. Good post all the same.
I think people should be allowed to vota anonymously, but I do think also there should be a "counter" that shows how many DIFFERENT persons have viewed the idea.
