eBay will probably never allow a feature for buyers to post ads on their website. Why? Because this will drive down their revenue. In the last 10 years they had 5 increases in their rates. Off course, they were all upward. Reverse auctions will have to become a hit because people are looking for new products from new suppliers with better prices. I vote for http://www.oltiby.com

Why Pay for such services. Sites like WhyAbe.com offer Reverse Auctions for free.
Well I think the big thing about this idea is it is so good that eBay has already done it with "Want it Now posts". You can post what you want and sellers can email you with their auctions. It doesn't yet let them continue to bid lower till you buy it but it's a start.
