Homopolar magnets haven't been discovered yet.
Highly unlikely, I don't see where this is significantly different than any other electric generator. All the frictional losses are still present. And the ferrite cores will heat up and dissipate energy also. But of course, nothing can be completely disproved unless someone tries to build it. Maybe MythBusters.

This is just another funky electric motor. There are countless ways to make an electric motor, but none of them will put out any more power than is put into them. The website's claims about some conspiracy to hide free-energy devices is nonsense. If the patent office refuses to grant a patent on a design, than the design remains public domain, and anyone can copy, build and sell it without repercussions.
If you go to the bottom of the page, you will see that the "inventor" will supply you with plans for $20.00. He is in New Zealand, so if you aren't happy with your purchase, I don't know that you would have any recourse. This looks an awful lot like a scam.
