Why isnt it possible to plug and play mechanical body parts for example we can say clean my liver tongue and heart just by eating those parts of the body delivered in pure steam form with the appropriate connection junction points marked in red and blue?

For one thing, I doubt red and blue markings have much significance where there is no optical sensitivity. Swallowing steam is an interesting concept but might lead to a scorched aesophagus.
