From Steven Lubet "a refrigerator that dispenses cold seltzer, instead of just cold water (all it needs is a co2 tank)"

could be combined with filter... to get me to change the damn thing from time to time.

It needs a water compressor too.

What's a water compressor?

Gets my vote. Just add flavored syrup for fresh soda.

It compresses the water so that the CO2 is able to go into solution.

Look into how a Post Mix soda fountain works.

Also, if you are going as far as a carbonated water dispenser, you might want to add a mix/release mechanism for various soda pop syrups, as Post Mix fountains do.
