It would be nice to have a supermarket at the basement of a Mall and have the convenience of comlpleting weekly shopping in just one place.It is a common phenomenon in most of the Asian countries but for some reason not popular in US.

Two of the three hotels we stayed in China was on top floors of malls, and had supermarkets at the ground leve. I actually did shop there for contact lense case and solution. Definitely also benefits travellers as they can now be sure there'll be places easy to find to shop for things they forget to bring from home.
