I like it. Not only addresses a safety issue, but it wards off road rage that often accompanies excessive use of brights.
today i was blinded by someone's super bright headlights on my very dark street. I wish they had this invention!!
Oddly enough, I had this feature on my 1988 Lincoln Continental when I was 17. I loved this invention because I never had to manually dim my lights - it should definitely be a feature on all cars (perhaps even a feature that can be activated or deactivated at the driver's will for enhanced control).
