Dictate a Text Message | |||||||||||||||||
The text messaging function on cell phones is a great feature but its always annoying to have to type the message into your phone. Why not have voice recognition software in the phone so that you can dictate the text message? This would be a much faster, hands-free way to send someone a message.

this is a great idea- we already have voice recognition on our phones for dialing, and i spend a lot more effort texting out a message then i do dialing a number... and its much worse for when you are driving. Good luck with this idea!
Great idea. This could boost profits for both carrier companies and manufacturers!
The voice to text message is a great idea. It avoids your painful typing on the tiny keyboard and the messages are read when the other person is available. No lengthy talking about the weather and saving time to everybody. A cellphone is a tool not a chatting toy.
