Create a Website similar to Craigslist where businesses can advertise to other businesses space that is available on their transporation vehicles if they aren't full to capacity: freight trains, shipping, trucks, and planes. Other businesses access the Website and purchase this last minute available "wasted" space to transport their own products for a discounted rate. Results - decrease wasted space, save the "buying" business some money, and make money for the advertising businesses. Ultimate goal is maximum efficiency and a decrease in natural resource use.
