Cooling Blanket | |||||||||||||||||
Do you ever try to fall asleep in the summer but it's just way too hot? What about a blanket that will cool you down? There are electric heat blankets - why not a cooling one?

Cooling blankets would be tough, because ellectric coolers are very inefficient and expensive. However, a cooling PILLOW is already on the market. The "Chillow" (www.chillow.com) acts like a giant heat-sink for your head.
It may be expensive, but it is probably cheaper than air-conditioning a large house... or installing an air conditioner in a home located in a region that rarely gets hot.
Maybe you could make a sheet out of a material that is a super effective heat conductor. It would conduct heat away from your body and release it into the air.
