Electrically heated bathrobe | |||||||||||||||||
I use an electric blanket during the winter. It's more economical than heating the whole house, and the bed is warm when I'm ready to go to sleep. I'd love to have a battery-powered, rechargeable bathrobe — plug it in, let it charge, then disconnect it and stay warm for some period of time (even while I walk around the house).

Batteries are heavy, I don't know if you would want to lug them around.
Loved the idea (maybe coz I concieved it too many years ago :-)
Today, with the technology that is used in heated seats such as http://www.ourcornermarket.com/heated-seat-cushion.html it doesn't sound so complicated to get it implememted.
