In-flight Massage | |||||||||||||||||
Have you ever taken a ridiculously long transatlantic flight, legs aching, feet swelling, the tray table right in your face…as you reach the tenth hour, do you wonder what the flight attendants are doing? There is only so much food preparation, duty-free selling, and beverage detail to do. What about having either flight attendants or licensed masseuses give in-flight massages on a fee per service basis? Otherwise, include massaging seats as a competitive advantage to your airline. Each passenger could have the option of having a hands-on massage during the flight or enter a credit card number to customize their own seat to give a private massage.

I think Virgin Atlantic has massage as part of 1st class service for overseas flights. However, the massage chair idea is great especially if it seems awkward to get a massage when you are surrounded by other people.
