I just simply hate bring all the chargers and cords for all my gadgets when I am traveling. If I can forget about packing chargers and stop being paranoid about repacking all the chargers when I am checking out of the hotel, I will be a much happier traveler. How about hotels and airports providing charging stations or services for all gadgets such as Laptop, camera, iPod, and cell phones? Since many of the gadgets can be charged with a universal charger, it can’t be too hard to provide this service. It will certainly make my life so much easier, considering I tend to leave things behind everywhere I go.

Excellent idea. I have forgotten my cell-phone charger several times and have had my cell phone battery die on me as a result...its frustrating!
yes! i'm all for this! i think it will be hard to implement, however. form factors, technology change, current standards-- all would make the requisite # of chargers skyrocket and cost of providing the service soar. charging stations for cell phones are already provided by carriers in airports and offer a nice opportunity for advertising.
They have a mini-version of this in restaurants in India. They offer cell-phone charging stations for all the popular phone brands. People plug it in while dining and pick it up on their way out.
