There are many elderly people in homes that would be much happier if they had people who came to visit them. At the same time there are foster children and orphans that do not have much parental guidance of role models. An idea for a nonprofit would be to have a home where the elderly and foster children and orphans could live and they could each benefit from the company of each other.
