Inter-operability between all DMV's in a state(or at least nearby DMV's)can be increased. For example, to get an appointment for a driving test, one has to physically go to another location if one location has a long waiting time. The system should be centralised in a way that one centre should be able to give you an appointment for any other centre, at least within a certain distance
