The mobiles in action should reveal the area they are in. Only the area like LA WEST, LA EAST, NY Downtown etc. Not the exact place like A restaurant or B apartment or C office etc. This will make world much more transparent and connected. Only the liers & cheaters will have problems. This will also help police in securing the public.

Wht do you mean "mobiles"
Mobile phones, they can narrow down pretty close now, for emergecy response purposes.
Subscription services are available to provide such information. The GPS in your cell phone is accurate to within +/- 25 feet.
