The Liquid Glove | |||||||||||||||||
A liquid barrier glove - you dip hand a far as you need to (often you use a whole glove for a job two fingers can do and it's a huge waste of resource) into a latex based compound that dries extremely quickly and is very flexible. I find standard latex gloves restrictive and awkward when painting so I think this would be a good solution- especially for intricate work- medical procedures etc.

You might have to coat your hand with vaseline or something else to prevent all your hair from being pulled out when you take off the glove.
There's a German company that's doing this with condoms.
We've been using ZEP "Glove" Protective Skin Coating for at least 15 years. It does precisely what you want.
I had a search and couldn't find a product that is really like what I'm on about- There seems to be alot of barrier creams but not one that forms a strong physical seal- that you could use for something like a medical procedure. If you know anything else Hyenuf I would be curious :)
