Website would be focused on rating seminars and options with feedback along with other options. You could maybe create a live feed for people who would pay and watch from home rather then be there live. Also, this could be a venue to advertise the venue online and sell materials ahead of time if one does intend on showing up live. Show sample clips to get viewers an idea of what they will be paying for. People could ask questions to event people and email or call them with questions maybe even have a chat option to talk with a few speakers for certain predetermined times or just use chat as an option for customer service.
