Effective Job Search Website | |||||||||||||||||
Most Companies just slap jobs up fist on their website and if that doesn't work out pay a premuim a large one to monsterboard or hotjobs. What about having a website that all pulls from all individual hr websites of companies along with thier permision and if a person gets hired they would pay a commision. Less pricey then pricey job boards and they only pay if say the person gets hired through my website or if they keep the job for a certain amount of time say three months not sure how that would be kept track of. The company as usual would be swamped with resumes but at least they have more candidates to choose from especially for the hard to find employees say like qa or software engineers or maybe the site should just be geared toward hard to find employees like nurses, qa and software engineers etc? Oh and the commision would be split between the website I make and here is a new idea not sure how good it is but also withe the job applicant so they actually get paid to find a job on the website if they can hold it for say three months. Any thoughts?
