I have an idea that would be a website maybe an aggregate which is just another way of saying a website that gathers info from existing ones or maybe an outright regular website where people list as usual an apartment to prespective renters. If there is interest from multiple people and after a screen of background info has been done maybe a set time and date like on Ebay can be the last date and time to bid from the starting price which was advertised on upwards with a set agreement on how long the lease is etc or maybe even a reverse auction if thats possible I haven't thought about that part yet how that could work for an in demand apartment. Problem could be in execution of people last minute ditching the auction but I assume a mechanism would need to be put in for that part. Any thoughts?
