As part of Standard Army Soldier Toolkit (SA/ST) why doesnt the Defence Research Development Agency/Northrop Grumman / Military Intelligence Toolkit (MIT) have a portable bean bag that is no bigger than the cap of a toothpaste that expands on touch, collects the faeces then shrinks itself into a PACKET so the excreta of the army people can be transferred and burnt in the absence of toilet facilities in places where the army has been deployed, e.g., STREETS OF BAGHDAD OVER STREETS OF KABUL.
