OK - this is it! Woman wear different high heel shoes for different events. Why not make a stylsih shoe that can have multiple high heels. Depending on the event, she can choose the appropriate heel. Options for heels may be glittering, gold, transparent, one that lights up, mirrors, diamond bling... The options are endless. The heels are snap on and off, but stable enough to not break. It would be a new market currently untapped.

You're going to have a hard time keeping it rigid.
High heels are very, very stiff to provide as much support as possible. The toe is not flexible relative to the shaft. You would have to figure out a way to compensate for this without creating an awkward feeling (moreso than already) in the shoe.
