When I was a kid, I would put a plastic juice bottle in between my back bike tire and brake pad. The result - A motorcycle like sound that would get louder the faster I rode.

It was a hit in my neighborhood for many yrs. I've always thought it would be a great product to invent and commericialize. Obviously a plastic juice bottle would be replaced by a plastic strip to slide on and off of the bike bracket.

Kids would love it.

Added benefit - The loud sound would also act as an alarm so that kids are noticed when riding their bikes. Lowers the risk of cars driving down the street without seeing the bike.

I've posted many ideas, personally, this is my favorite. I would love to hear your thoughts.
