A toothbrush with a tongue cleaner at the back. Everyone uses both the things every morning at almost the same time. A Combo which would be a toothbrush and a toungue cleaner at the back,i.e., a two sided gift, will be a fantastic thing.

The tongue cleaner should not be the normal toothbrush bristles but rather a short napped "VELCRO" like hooked surface to scrub the tongue and not hinder brush manipulation,
It's a good idea but Colgate just recently launch their latest toothbrush which has the same features. ("_,)
