I'd like to comment on your idea, but I'm really not sure what it's about. Are you trying to suggest that microwave ovens should produce ozone to sterilise food? If so, you should realise that:

a. like a regular oven, microwave ovens already do a very good job of killing bacteria, and do it even faster. Nearly all bacteria are killed by just 2 minutes on "high". But

b. Ozone is an effective sterilising agent only in the absence of materials that are easy to oxidise. Close to easily oxidised materials -- like food -- it breaks down too quickly to be effective. (In the link you provided, you may notice that all the food industry links are about sterilising food processing equipment, not the food itself.) And finally

c. Most cases of food poisoning don't come from bacteria, but from the waste products the bacteria left while they were enjoying your food. In that case, sterilising the food doesn't make it wholesome again.
