I don't know if anyone knows what a lug or sipe is when it comes to tire tread design but my design is simple. The lug is the raised part part of the tread (the part that touches the ground, the sipe is the the cut away of the tire, the part that does not touch the ground) Either the lug or sipe would be tiny horseshoes facing and would come in contact with the ground as the horses foot would. Now I don't know how noisy they would be or how well they would grip the road, vibration, how well they would eject a stone or not. But I think it would leave a neat little tire track in the mud. I have looked and looked for custom tire shops that make custom tread, it seems that customized tire tread making is rather timely and expensive. I tried to get in touch with some of the name brand and the somewhat generic tire makers, about their acception of tire tread designs. They all wanted an already patented idea. So I guess if I was really serious about it I would take the time to take measurements of a range of tires and apply my idea in the form of a visual design and verbal despcription full of measurements for patentation. Please leave some feed back for me, I would really enjoy some outside advice, and as always someone who knows a little. But all comments are welcome.

This seems a strange invasion of cosmetics into tire design. I know almost nothing of the technology but I imagine some designs are more stable than others in providing safe driving in inclement weather. I would prefer designs that maximize automobile stability as proved by severe testing under various conditions.
