my idea is this: holiday to develop creativity for company people.Holiday can be for every company in a really turbulent background, where the power of new ideas is important. Holiday can be seen as an incredible tool, that let people to develop their creative spirit and see new roads (ideas) for their work

What idea?
They have them. Coroprations hire a resort and a motivatinoal specialist (sometimes having a resort set up for such conferences) for their employees, and a good part of the time is in teambuilding and other group/work related excercises.
I didn't mean holiday as way for company to make a team building session, even it can be used as it. My purpose was to highlight the creative power inside holidays: in Italy we say ozio creativo. With a creative use of your free time, as a holiday can be, you can empower your creative spirit and find new streets, sometimes really narrow, for your business.
