Any tv/computer screen fitted at the ceiling facing downward so that I can watch it from by bed while I am laying.

Flat panel screens easily accomodate this function. Next, how do you position your keyboard and mouse ergonomically?

I position my keyboard and mouse on my girlfriend. While not ergonomic, it is more comfortable than other alternatives. Note, if you have a new-age "feminist" partner, this will not work.
