I faced this situation hundreds of times. I need to make a call or receive, mobile phone goes dead. And there is no way to charge it at that instant. How about a charger which can be charged while you are walking or you are moving, I mean you will get your charging eletricity from your body movement, just like converting mechanical energy to electricity. Bicycle light gets its charge from rotating wheel.
