Tagging is a major problem worldwide. What if we use non-intrusive molecule tag based around a unique chemical signature a part of the can filling process. Implement a registration process by which purchasers of spray cans are logged at point of purchase. Then it should be possible for law enforcement organisations or public bodies to identify who is creating the problem far more effectively.
