In south Louisiana where we have many Mardi Gras parades, I wonder why no one has thought about a product that will suck candy and trinkets from off the ground and place them in a bag. Lots of candy gets waisted because people get tired of bending down to pick it up. It could be like a leaf blower/vacuum like you buy at Sears but smaller and cheaper that would operate off of a battery. It would have to be able to suck the candy up without messing the packaging up and let the dirt to go thru.
