call ring mutes the player | |||||||||||||||||
you`re driving and your phone rings but the music is too loud what you`re gonna to do pick up the remote and turn down the sound ? wrong! all of us know before the phone rings we hear some noise like parasites. this is the sign for turning down the sound for this instrument and after the call ends this noise will go and the voice will automaticly go up

From my understanding:
You propose that a microphone be installed in the cabin of a car to detect when a phone rings, and then electronically mute the stereo system so that it does not interfere with talking on the cell phone.
Is this what you were trying to say?
Based upon the above assumption:
I think that this might be a good option to be included in car stereos, instead of putting this feature in the car body. The microphone could double for helping to maintain the volume of the stereo relative to the ambient noise. So the digital filter would detect both ambient noise and when a cell phone rings.
Ignoring my personal distate for cell phone use when driving...
Why not just turn the car into a handsfree set for the phone? An answer button can be integrated into the steeringwheel or some other convenient location. When the button is pressed, the music is muted. When the call hangs up, the music comes back. It would probably be easier and a little more reliable than trying to listen in for some interferance. Though, I think the idea of using the car as a handsfree set has already been done.
