Why young boys or young girls repeatedly will break lightnings in their city, or cut flowers, or break benches, or tag the walls of the church ?They have no sense of what the community pay to repair this. They have no sense of what the respect of work done by others mean.Why not try to learn this sense while asking them to repair themselves, I mean they will climb and change the lights, they will plant flowers, they will repair the benches, they will clean the walls of the church ....instead of giving them a fine or putting them in jail.
