We get unwanted solicitations from vendors, SMSs, auomtatically delivered voice message coming on call etc.,

We develop mechanism to build a firewall to id them and block them.

Some version of this may be in the cell phone. However, we do need one that attempts access to the users, when not warranted or wanted.
