Software industry is going through a major transformation. Through acquuisitions and mergers, software companies are changing into software super markets where you can pick and choose the software products and make them interoperable.My idea is to come up with a solution factory where customers should be able to pick a solution which meets the business requirements and process of their organization.For example, the solution factory can sell a an integrated solution for federal agencies to meet all their reporting requirements without any dependcy on their current systems.Having an efficient solution factory will help System integrator companies to be more competitive and effective in winning new business.
