There are two groups of pedestrians that are sooo annoying that I think they really need to be dealt with more seriously: panhandlers and morons that don't know how to use a sidewalk!! I would like to see the police issue heavy fines and ultimately jail sentences to these sleaze-bags. What a blight to every community to have to see them everywhere everyday. I know that panhandlers are really scam artist that just wanna handout that they don't hafta work for and what is up with those people that walk down city streets that come equipt with sidewalks?!! I guess they don't have 2 brain cells to rub together. WHY NOT really go after these creeps??!!! It would also reduce crime.

Yeah. The college kids that have been taught that pedestrians always have the right of way are the worst. They just step into traffic like they are bulletproof. Tough way to learn you aren't, I suppose, but really difficult on my brakes and sheet metal, just the same.
