This website is fantastic, still I think the rating system lacks couple of features. Like, how important do I think this idea is? How urgent do I think this should be implemented? What is my opinion or add ons (comment)? What is the deficiency of this idea (again comment)? How realistic is this idea? Do I really use it being in action (liking something is not the same as using it sometimes)?

Well, we can already make comments, so what's the worry. As for the first part, wouldn't most people think there idea was very important anyways? It wouldn't make much of a difference.
As you probably know, the rating is mainly intended to be used by people other than the writer, so what I meant was that how other people think about my idea.
Let's say you're a manufacturer, and you want to grab an idea from this website. What are the factors?! See, now you get the point. Reading all the comments is not that practical (nor fast) as is looking at the rating of the idea in different aspects.
