Why don't we have a Change Card (fob size, to hang on a keychain or on a cellphone) to which all small change at all stores, fastfood places, etc. worldwide may be stored, until redeemed?

Each business would have an electronic scanner to record and update all customers' change. No paper would ever be provided.

Fobs could be sold (with advertising - revenue for the issuer) for small amounts everywhere.

Extra cash could be "stored" for childrens' allowances, meal plans, etc.

If one loses the fob, so what? It'd be just like losing small amounts of cash.

We're moving into a totally cashless society - let's speed the process.
